Yoga with Vicky – General class – beginners welcome

About the class:

I am a dedicated yoga teacher and occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience in both fields.
My sessions take a meditative approach to yoga, focusing on the relationship between breath and movement and how they influence
one another. I integrate a variety of yoga techniques, including physical postures (āsana), mindful movement, breathing techniques
(prānāyāma), and guided relaxation. This practice is designed to help you cultivate strength, flexibility, and ease in your body while
fostering a sense of inner calm.
I keep class sizes small to provide individual support and encourage steady progression throughout each term. Modifications and
alternatives are always available to ensure the practice is accessible and supportive.
*This class is open to everyone, regardless of gender, age, or experience level. However, please note that it takes place in the Sun
Room, which is accessed via a staircase.
Students enroll per term—drop-in classes are not available, as commitment to the full term (which may vary in length) is required.

Benefits of the class:

Relaxation and peace of mind
Improved strength, flexibility and ease in the body
Progression of own yoga practice
Opportunities to meet people and engage in a shared experience
