Gentle Yoga for Mental Wellbeing is a course run a weekly basis aimed at people with long term health conditions,those seeking a
gentle Yoga class that is helpful for mental and emotional wellbeing.

Are you looking for a way to support your body and mind through the menopause journey?
This gentle yoga class is designed specifically for those experiencing peri-menopause, menopause, or post-menopause. Through a
soothing practice of asana (poses), breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques, you’ll learn how to balance hormonal changes,
relieve common symptoms like hot flushes, and improve your overall wellbeing.
Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for gentle movement, this course will help you rest, recover, and reconnect with your body.
