About:
Rachel is a 800hr yoga teacher and yoga therapist. Teaching in London, Thailand and Goa for the past 10years.
She believes yoga as therapy and as a daily practice to bring joy and bring balance and calm to the mind.
The classes are both a chance to find an hour of peace and feel good movement… also an opportunity to laugh and challenge
yourself with support of your community.

-All levels and abilities welcome.
-Parts of class may be challenging for some but the practice is such such to have more advanced yoga to work towards.
What to wear/bring:
-Wear comfortable clothes suitable for exercise.
– Jumper, socks to keep warm at end of class
-Bring a yoga mat if you have one
