I’m Charlotte Douglas, a somatic yoga teacher and therapist with 15 years of experience supporting people to reconnect with their bodies. My approach is gentle, grounded, and rooted in presence. I work with real people, not perfect poses, helping you slow down, feel more, and move in ways that bring ease, awareness, and trust back into your system. I teach in a way that’s invitational, not instructional, creating space to explore at your own pace, in your own way. My classes and sessions are about coming home to yourself, one breath, one moment at a time.
