Managing Stress at Work Through Movement – Taster

About:

This is a short, 2 week course that acts as a ‘Taster’ to the longer course in September . These sessions introduce you to movement based, relaxation techniques that improve your posture, help you release work related stress and tension in the body and increase your wellbeing. You will be doing Yoga movements to deal with stress and improve your flexibility and strength. Suitable for beginners and the more experienced among you.

£ Free for people whose annual income is below £25,000 or have long term health conditions. If above, learners pay £8 per hour of learning.
