Build a wellness toolkit, with Gentle yoga & Yoga Nidra, to help support & improve symptoms of long term health conditions. These sessions are for those with extreme tiredness, shortness of breath, anxiety & insomnia oy anyone dealing with symptoms of a long
term health condition. The intention is to help you relax and restore, through practice and discussion, in a safe and supportive space. We will practice gentle somatic movements to calm mind and body. Be nourished by Yoga Nidra – this is a guided meditation practised while lying down for 12 to 30 minutes, creating an opportunity for deep rest. Yoga Nidra has possible benefits of helping sleep patterns, increased energy, and mental clarity.
