Suitable for:
  • Adults 18+
  • Any level of fitness or ability, no experience of martial arts necessary
  • Mobility not vital as can be done sitting down
What to wear/bring:
  • Loose comfortable clothing, bring a bottle of water
  • Merchandise is available from the club
Costs:
  • Free taster session
  • £8 drop in rate or £28 per month
