An event every week that begins at 12:15 on Wednesday, repeating until 5th May 2021
Sweaty Mama is the postnatal class for you and your baby, toddler or preschooler. It is a fun, effective and interactive workout with your child. You can choose to wear your baby in a sling for some of the tracks or have them on a mat next to you. The class consists of aerobic style exercises to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance exercises and conditioning exercises to gradually build strength and in core and pelvic core muscles postnatally. We do all the exercises to fun and upbeat music.
