An event every week that begins at 16:00 on Sunday, repeating indefinitely
A calming hour of breath and movement to close the week. Starting with a slow Hatha flow, before melting into a blend of Yin-style, restorative postures. Ideal for all levels, from beginners to regular practicing yogis! A great practice for those looking to find balance, and develop a deeper mind/body attunement.

A slow-paced, accessible class for all levels, with options and variations
Molly is a qualified Yoga teacher with 500 hours’ training in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Tantra Yoga. Blending movement, breathwork, and meditation, ‘I am passionate about creating supportive and immersive spaces which allow practitioners to develop mind/body awareness, through compassion, curiosity, and self-discovery’.
