Slow Vinyasa Flow
About the class:
Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga where traditional yoga poses are connected together with intention. The focus of the class is on finding stability and ease as we move from pose to pose and on building strength and focus through longer holds. Transitions are guided by the rhythm of the breath and the slower tempo helps cultivate connection between breath and movement bringing deep body awareness and balance between effort and ease.

Suitable for:
The class is open to all levels. Students are encouraged to adapt poses to best suit their anatomy.

Additional information:
Nat was first introduced to yoga in 2010 in Dublin. She enjoyed and explored various styles of yoga and soon she realized the importance of yoga in her life and engaged in a daily practice.
Nat completed her first 200 hours yoga teacher training in 2017 at Yog Peet in Rishikesh and she has been teaching in different Yoga studios in Ireland ever since. She is also a qualified Yin and Restorative yoga teacher.
In 2023 she travelled back to India to complete 300 hours advance yoga teacher training at Yoga Vidya school in Rishikesh.
Her vinyasa classes are focused on awareness of breath and alignment.
She believes yoga is for everyone and through her class she create a supportive environment where students can explore their potential, developed strength and move with intention.
