Yoga for cancer
About the class:
Olivia teaches a 60 minute yoga class for people living with and after cancer, which includes a combination of gentle asanas,
vinyasa flows and nourishing breathwork, which is adaptable to all levels. There is plenty of time to rest in Savasana at the end of
the practice, where Olivia may offer a guided meditation or a shortened yoga nidra practice. The class offers a space for people to
regain movement, strength and confidence, while reconnecting with themselves and others who have been through a similar
journey.
