ABOUT ALISON:

Hi, I’m Ali – I’m an ex-Early Years teacher, now teaching the classes I loved the most myself as a mum!  I taught in Surrey for 15 years and then started my Monkey Music classes in Summer 2019 after relocating to Somerset.

Monkey Music’s 4-stage curriculum has developed over 25 years and has been written with a sound understanding of how children learn best.  Classes are age-specific and in small age-bands, tailor-made to meet the needs of the little ones in each group and support them at each stage of their early development.  We begin with Rock’n’Roll from 3 months, then Heigh-Ho from 12 months, Jiggety-Jig for 2-3 years and finally Ding-Dong for 3 and 4 years.
