Charlie has practised yoga for over a decade and is passionate about teaching.  She believes yoga, if practised with sincerity, has the power to transform those who practise it.  She could not imagine her life without it.  

In her early 30s, Charlie lived in India studying Iyengar Yoga with senior teacher, Usha Devi and Vedanta with Devi’s son, Siddhartha Krishna.  Whilst there, she immersed herself in Indian philosophy and the Sanskrit language and travelled to Pune to study directly with the Iyengar family.  

This connection with her teachers India informs her teaching approach. She tries to keep true to the essence of the way Iyengar Yoga is taught there.
