Amy has been teaching Yoga and meditation since 2006. She is a British Wheel of Yoga accredited Hatha Yoga teacher, as well as trained in Children’s, Pregnancy, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Kundalini Yoga and Sound Healing. She is passionate about sharing tools for relaxation to all.

With over 16 years of experience teaching in schools, colleges, yoga centres, and corporations, and a BA in Developmental Psychology, she has a wealth of knowledge and wisdom to share. She has taught classes for the NHS, Harley Street, community centers, online and privately. More recently Frome College, Vallis First School, Marston Park, SASP and Prior Park School.
