Yoga with Vicky

About the class:

I am a dedicated yoga teacher and occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience in both fields.
My sessions take a meditative approach to yoga, exploring the deep connection between breath and movement. I integrate physical
postures (āsana), mindful movement, breathing techniques (prānāyāma), and guided relaxation to create a well-rounded practice.
My aim is to help you cultivate strength, flexibility, and ease in your body while fostering a sense of inner calm.
This class welcomes all genders and ages but is best suited for those with prior experience in yoga or a similar movement practice.
In addition to the core elements, sessions include Vedic chanting, meditation, and sound work, with a strong focus on breathwork,
including more advanced forms of prānāyāma.
I keep class sizes small to provide individual support, encourage steady progression, and offer modifications and alternatives where
needed.
Students enroll per term—drop-in classes are not available, as commitment to the full course (which may vary in length) is essential.
