Squats and Tots Mum and Baby Workout Group
About:
Squats and tots is a workout class for mums to workout with their baby. Designed so young babies can be held during the class and the mums still get to workout!
I had my son and tried to do home workouts with him on a mat beside me and he did not play ball. The only way I got movement in was by baby wearing and moving together and that’s what this class is about.
Gentle and effective exercise to give mums confidence to get back to their bodies post baby.
Benefits of the class:

● No need for child care- bring your baby strapped to you or pop them on a mat.
● Socialising with other mums

● Post partum rehabilitation
Suitable for:
Women especially post partum – mums with babies from 6 weeks old. If your baby can run around they are too big for the class.
What to wear/bring:
Bring your baby yourself and water. Wear comfy clothes that you can move in.
Cost:
£10 per class drop in or £50 for 6 classes

I have a background in yoga and post birth wanted so badly to workout with my bubba so created squats and tots for other mums as it’s something that I was looking for myself. .
