Grow your confidence, calm your mind, and connect with your body. This 8-week course is designed for pregnancy and to move towards birth with strength and ease.

• Thursday evenings at 6pm at Rise in Frome, the course runs for 6 consecutive weeks from March 6th

Suitable for:
Most people start class in their second trimester, please talk to your GP or midwife before starting any new exercise to check suitability.
What to wear bring / bring to the class:
- Wear something comfy that you can move / lie down in
- Yoga mat (ideally – some are available to borrow)
- Bottle of water / a travel cup
- A blanket and a cushion or pillow
Additional information
Emilie‘s an experienced yoga teacher, embodiment coach and doula who’s been working with birthing families for over 16 years. She has a wide range of experience and knowledge and hundreds of pregnant women have joined her groups and classes over the years. Read more about her training here
