Often classes are all about fitness, this one is more about being you.
Maybe you’re in a bit of a funk, and you’d rather be feeling funky, or playful, powerful or sexy. This is a choose your own adventure where we’ll explore some of the fundamentals of hoop dance, along with embodiment practices, meditation, yoga and playful movement to get you back into your body and feel like yourself again
