About the event:
- Reflect on your own rite of passage into maidenhood and the messages that you received about what it means to be a woman
- Learn how to prepare girls for the physical, emotional and spiritual changes of puberty
- Know how to empower girls with knowledge of their menstrual cycle
- Feel ready to set up and facilitate your own girls circles
- Connect with a community of supportive Parents, educators and Girls Space facilitators

What to wear/bring:
Comfortable clothes, Notebook, pens, packed lunch.
Herbal tea and refreshments are provided.
Lunch is also available to buy at the venue from the wonderful Rye Bakery.
Cost:
£190 Early Bird (booked up to 8 weeks before course start) or £250 Full Fee to be made prior to the course by bank transfer
