Morning Barre Fitness classes in Frome taught by dancer Eleanor Duval.
NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
These classes focus on strengthening glutes, thighs, ankles and core, while improving cardio, balance, posture and your confidence.
Included in the classes:
Barre Basics – the fundamental Barre moves from Ballet & Fitness techniques
Barre Body – conditioning sequences for total body shaping
Barre Burn – cardio moves and blasts
Barre Bend – flexibility exercises for the perfect stretch
All ages welcome from 16+
Benefits of the class:
At Move It With Elle, my aim is to create Barre Fitness classes that are welcoming, challenging and enjoyable for everyone. Each class is designed to build strength, improve posture, balance and flexibility, while leaving you feeling energised, empowered and part of a supportive community.

Additional information:
Eleanor grew up in France and trained at the Hamburg Opera in Germany and The Rambert school in London. She has danced with The Mark Bruce Company since 2006 performing in productions Sea of Bones, Love and War, Made in Heaven, Dracula, The Odyssey, Macbeth, Return to Heaven, Phantoms and most recently Frankenstein. She has also danced with Dansconnect performing works by Scott Ambler, Jonathan Lunn, Nikki Smedley, Yael Flexer, Kenneth Tharpe, Mark Bruce and Richard Banks as well as various productions at Glyndebourne Opera and The Royal Albert Hall.
Eleanor received a nomination for the National Dance Award’s Outstanding Female Modern Performer 2018 for her role as Lady Macbeth.
Eleanor is the Assistant Artistic Director at Mark Bruce Company . With 25 years of experience teaching young people across the South West, she leads the education programme at Mark Bruce Company and is assistant head of dance at Millfield School. She believes movement should be for everyone and is passionate about creating welcoming, inclusive classes that support strength, mobility, confidence and wellbeing, whatever your age, background or fitness level. Eleanor holds a YMCA Level 3 diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training, and a CIMSPA endorsed Barre Fitness Certification.
