About the class:
Qigong Exercise for health, resilience, relaxed mind and strong body. In this class we practice the dynamic movements and meditations of Zhineng Qigong, beginning with the “Lift QiUp Pour Qi Down” sequence to release old energy, whilst to gather fresh Qi inside the body. You will feel flexible, relaxed, replenished and begin increase of your mind body wisdom towards self healing and abundant living.
