Yoga with Vicky

About the class:
This class is aimed at anyone who is looking to still their mind, increase their body awareness and reduce stress. Within each class you will find asana (movement), pranayama (breath work) and meditation. Vicky teaches a mindful, embodied yoga practice which enables students to develop throughout each termly block. Vicky is skilled at adapting yoga for everyone.
Students sign up per term. Drop-in classes are not available as a commitment to the course is required to progress throughout the term.
Vicky Baylis – Vicky is a yoga teacher and neurological occupational therapist with over 20 years experience in both. She is also currently training to be a yoga therapist and offers yoga therapy and one to one yoga sessions.
All abilities, body shapes and sizes are welcome.

What to wear/bring to the class:
- Comfortable clothing that you can move easily in
- Own yoga mat is essential
- Bring your own bottle of water
- A blanket and a yoga block (although I do have a small supply of these if needed)

£12 per class (termly blocks are payable up front; so for 6 weeks it would be £72)
