An event every week that begins at 10:30 on Tuesday, repeating until 30th March 2021

About the class:

The class focuses on breathing, relaxation, posture and Tai-Chi Quan slow moving. It helps develop core strength and balance and is useful for meditation, coordination, wellness, harmony and peace.

Suitable for:
  • Adults 18+
  • Any level of fitness or ability no experience of martial arts required
  • It also can be done sitting, if mobility is not present

  • Loose comfortable clothing
  • Bring a bottle of water
