The Somerset Recovery College are holding this new Social Wellbeing Group intended for anyone who feel isolated for an opportunity to come together and chat with like minds. The group meeting is an hour and a half over a hot drink and the conversation is generally around shared experiences of mental health, how to overcome difficulties, as well as a general chat about general interests and hobbies. There will be activities on offer and a welcoming place to get together with others in a supportive environment.
