Esmeralda Vere and Kym are offering a series of monthly workshops dedicated to cultivating more self-love in our lives. The workshops will be opportunities to experience deeply nourishing practices on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.

Medicine for the heart and soul. You will be held in safe space and invited to allow your heart to open inwards, to take precious time for your self to be nurtured, witnessed, and above all, loved.

During the December workshop they will be exploring guided practices of movement, creativity, EFT technique, ritual, group connection and yoga nidra.
