An event every week that begins at 16:00 on Tuesday, repeating until 11th February 2020
ABOUT THE CLASS:
- Yoga and Mindfulness for Kids, ages 5-11
- 45 minutes of Yoga fun and games, mixed with Mindfulness challenges and relaxing story time to finish!

WHAT TO WEAR / BRING:
- Comfy clothes they can move in
- We will practice in bare feet
- I believe in the importance of introducing yoga and mindfulness to children and teenagers, especially in today’s modern stressful world.
- I aim to create a safe space in my classes, where it’s more important to listen to your body than have the perfect pose, and there is always some fun to be had!
- Credentials: 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Santosha Yoga Institute in Bali Teen Yoga Teacher Training with The Teen Yoga Foundation (registered charity no. 1165236)
- Aromatouch Massage Therapist Reiki Level 1
- Attuned Early Years Education at Bath Spa University
- DBS checked
- First Aid Trained
£6 per session payable on the day or £20 for a block of 4 classes
