About the class:
The Mamadoo Method is a weekly post natal exercise class for all abilities. Expect a full body, pelvic floor friendly, workout to help rebuild strength and stamina as you venture into motherhood. Plus Mums Bums & Tums! Babies and little ones can come too. Exercises for the pelvic floor and deep abdominal work will feature in every class, an absolute must for all post natal women. This class is suitable up to 3 years post birth.
- Post Natal Women (up to 3 years post natal).
- Mama’s wanting to resume/start exercising after birth.
- Reconnect to your pelvic floor and deep abdominals.
- Reconnect to your Inner Core.
- Meet other mums.
- Achieve a Full Body Workout.
- Workout with Baby

What to wear / bring:
- Fitness/Yoga clothes.
- Exercise Mat (if you have one).
- A play mat and toys are provided but please bring along anything else your baby might require
