Hatha Vinyasa is a yoga style that blends the steady, alignment-focused approach of Hatha Yoga with the dynamic, flowing sequences of Vinyasa Yoga. This practice emphasizes mindful movement, breath coordination, and a balance between strength and flexibility. The class is designed for beginners and intermediate levels, moving slowly to ensure proper alignment and understanding. Adjustments will be offered based on each person’s capability, making it accessible and supportive for all participants.

What to wear/ bring:
- Comfortable clothing that allows you to move and sit comfortably
- Yoga mat (text me if you don’t have one)
- Any props that you may need (blocks, bolsters, blankets etc.)

- £10 Pay as you go
- £45 for 5 class package (£9 per session)
