If you’re expecting a baby in 2024 and would like to explore options that can help you feel more calm, prepared and able to take control of what’s necessary and let go of what isn’t as you prepare to meet your baby – this is for you. This intro session will give you a sense of what hypnobirthing is like and whether this is a route you’d like to explore in more depth.
