ABOUT THE CLASS:
This light-hearted flow class is all about celebrating the skin you’re in; whether you’re a hardcore yogi or a total newbie. We’ll start with breath work and a full-body warm-up; tuning in, articulating & strengthening our joints to build capable bodies off the mat. The class moves through sun salutations; flows of standing poses woven carefully together to build strength, grace & resilience. Esmeralda meets each student at their level, offering options for more challenge or more ease. We build an inversion practice, developing the confidence & skills to spend time upside-down, before melting slowly back down to earth through gentler movements, guided meditation & stillness. Expect music, deep nourishing breath, and maybe a little magic.

WHAT TO WEAR / BRING:
- Wear comfortable clothes you can move around in

- £10 per session payable on the day
- £45 for 5 sessions
- £80 for 10 sessions
