ABOUT THE CLASS:
If you like a more dynamic yoga flow then Ashtanga Yoga is for you working with a sequence of poses that are connected through breath and movement. Ashtanga yoga is great for building stronger muscles, physical strength and helps to rejuvenate your body making it toned and more flexible. It is also a great cardio work out and a fun way to meet other people, get fitter, helps to relax and learn how to be mindful.
