Join us for a gentle and nourishing workshop to honour the Winter Solstice – a time to pause, reflect, and welcome the return of
the light. This seasonal offering invites stillness and introspection as we mark the shortest day of the year with intention and care.
The session includes:
● A grounding and restorative yoga practice to support rest and renewal
● Guided reflection and journaling to release the old and invite the new
● Ayurvedic practices to support your health through the winter
● Deep rest through Yoga Nidra (guided meditation)
● A supportive closing circle and time for questions
No experience needed. Come as you are and give yourself the gift of rest this solstice.
