Hatha Yoga – Beginner & Intermediate Level

About the class:
One hour Hatha Yoga class offered in six week blocks, or as a standalone class if there is availability, exploring the connection between the mind, body and spirit. Each six week block follows a different theme, focusing on a core aspect of the Hatha Yoga practice, incorporating gentle and dynamic vinyasa flows, asana, pranayama breathwork and guided meditation.
Olivia encourages all attendees to join the practice exactly as they are and use the time and space to start to build a deeper connection with themselves.

- Mat based class – you need to be able to get on and off the floor without assistance

- Comfortable clothing – leggings, tracksuit bottoms, gym gear.
- Jumper and socks if you get cold.
- Yoga mat.
- Soft blocks and blankets are available although you may wish to bring your own props.

Cost of class:
- £7.50 for first trial class
- £54 for 6 week course (£9 per session)
- £11 pay as you go, if space
