Women’s Well Being Group

Would you like to connect to your core and pelvic floor more easily?
This group meets monthly to help you physically and emotionally connected with your pelvis, cycle and whole self in order to feel more in control and understand your body better.
This approach goes beyond the squeeze – giving you time and space to relax, move, release and find your innate responses.
Emilie can help you understand your core connection using tools from biomechanics, yoga, meditation and Franklin Method. Sessions will be adapted to attendees and are trauma-informed. She’ll be putting together a few options, so you can choose a level of support and accountability that works for you.
If a whole-life, whole-self approach with a kind group of peers appeals, you are welcome to join us at whatever stage you’re at, from postnatal to menopausal. Part women’s circle, part movement class, part group coaching, part mindfulness.
Saturday 21st October – 10.30 – 12.00

£25 per session (save £5 when you book in advance)
