The next workshop is ‘Yoga & Sound’,and as so much teaching is now on Zoom, this yoga day will give us the opportunity to practice together to experience the power and subtlety of making sound in asana concentratively and meditatively in person as a group.

The subtle tools of yoga will also be investigated through the use of asana, mudra, and nyasa, along with a concentrative and meditative focus on sound and mantra.
