About the class:
Yin Yoga – A slow-paced style of yoga, which compliments any yang style of exercise you do. Yang focuses on your muscles, in Yin Yoga we target your deep connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments and joints. Its slow and meditative. By stretching and deepening into poses, we’re working with our meridians, opening up any blockages and releasing that energy to flow freely.
