Do you have an achy back or shoulders? Perhaps things aren’t quite as they should be with your pelvis, you’ve got achy knees or generally feel a bit groany when you move. I mean, you’re not *that* ancient yet.
This class is perfect for you if you’d like to feel more comfort, ease and connection in life. Unwind your body and mind and move after a day at your desk or undo the movements and stresses of the day.
Themed classes that work on bringing awareness and movement to specific areas. More soulful than a fitness class but not a chakra in sight.
