YOGA LEARN – After School Yoga (4-7yrs)

About the class:
Real yoga taught so that children can further develop their self-expression, body-awareness and social skills. Exploring yoga poses, as well as focusing on breathwork and relaxation exercises to suit this age range.

Gill Simpson
Suitable for:
Children that are school age from 4-7yrs (After school class)

- Students will develop strength, increasing balance and co-ordination
- Classes will promote mental calm, giving students the tools to manage their emotions better
- Build confidence and self-esteem, enhancing team skills through partner work and games

What to bring/wear:
- Your own yoga mat
- Comfortable flexible clothing for easy movement
- We will remove socks on the mat so that we don’t slip
Cost:
- £5 per class
- First class will be a first one off payment to try first and then if you want to continue payable in advance for the remaining weeks in term
