About the class:
Join Amy for a weekly Yoga & relaxation drop-in class for all levels including beginners. A hatha-flow led class, challenging and yet tailored to the needs of each student, offering various levels and modifications to suit the individual, making it accessible to everyone.
All ages and all levels of experience, including complete beginners.

- Rebalance the nervous system
- Learn breathing techniques to deal with anxiety & stress
What to wear/bring:
- Please wear comfortable clothing
- Bring own mat and a blanket for the relaxation
