Yin & Yang Yoga

An event every week that begins at 09:30 on Tuesday, repeating until 18th June 2019
Yin and Yang yoga offers the chance to explore and balance our two contrasting energies, bringing balance and restoring inner peace through a combination of vinyasa flow and yin yoga. In the first hour of the session we work with our Yang energy in dynamic pranayama and asana, building strength and tone to muscles, moving with the breathe to focus the mind, and then for the final 30 minutes to deep opening and restorative poses, working with our meridian lines, fascia and connective tissues through a yin yoga practice. This session is open for all abilities and levels.
