An event every week that begins at 17:00 on Wednesday, repeating until 1st April 2020
ABOUT THE CLASS:
This yoga class is specifically designed for teenagers. It helps relieve some of the many stresses of everyday life, and provides a space for expression and relaxation. The yoga class helps young people build confidence and feel comfortable with themselves: body and mind. A fun and friendly class for all teenagers.

- The class helps improve fitness areas like flexibility and strength
- Teen yoga improves focus and concentration
- Yoga helps by reducing cortisol (stress hormone) build up in the muscles

WHAT TO WEAR / BRING:
- Loose comfortable clothing
- Bring a bottle of water
- £6 for a drop in or ‘one off’
