Testimonials:
‘Sophy’s cycling focused Pilates sessions have made a massive difference to my body – on and off the bike. I have adjusted my position on the bike and movement whilst riding, but also the classes build strength where I need it most. This has meant I don’t fatigue as quickly while riding but I also don’t ache once I get off my bike. I recommend Sophy to anyone looking to build strength and endurance on their bike, but also to be comfortable whilst doing so’ – from Triathlete client.
