Parent & Baby Yoga

About the class:
Come and practice yoga with your baby. This class will enable you to move, whilst connecting to your baby in a supportive group environment. I am an experienced yoga teacher and had my first child just over a year ago. I want to create a space for parents to do something for themselves where babies are able to join in and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. During the hour together we will explore the benefits of yoga postures, sound and simple breathing exercises as a way to enhance body awareness and calm the nervous system.
