Mum & Baby Pilates

About the class:
This mat Pilates class is aimed at new mums and designed to assist with regaining core strength, improving overall muscle tone as well as stretching tight muscles and increasing flexibility – alongside appropriately adapted core exercise. I promise lots of juicy stretches and movement focused around mindful breathwork. While the focus is on the mums, classes are adapted to ensure the babies get plenty of attention too. The environment is totally informal and the priority remains meeting your babies’ needs.
This class is aimed at new mums and babies – there is no age restriction for babies so long as mums are happy to keep an eye on them if they crawl away.

What to wear/bring:
- Wear comfortable clothes
- Bring your own mat (if you have one)
- An extra blanket and toys for baby

£8 per session or £42 for a block of 6 sessions
