Moon & Myth – Meditation/Breathwork/Yoga Nidra

An event every week that begins at 19:30 on Thursday, repeating until 14th December 2023
About the class:
Each weekly session will imbue its own spirit and practices will evolve and will reflect the phase of the moon in which we find ourselves. The structure of each session will also be influenced by the Moon as Goddess in her triple form, as we will journey through three distinct phases. Dropping into the energy of the New Moon as we begin with a meditation, coming to land in our bodies and the space together. Influenced by the energy of the Full Moon, we will move into a breath work practice together to create space for any stagnant energy to flow.
Finally we will work with the energy of The Dark moon as attendees will be led into the deep restful state of Yoga Nidra. It is here that the archetypes of Myth will be woven into the session before we retreat to home for sleep.

- Comfortable clothing in which you can lie down.
- Please bring any blankets that will help you to make a cozy nest in which you may lie down on.

Moon & Myth by Claire Frances is a tranquil offering for clients to leave the outside world behind so they may explore the many layers of actually BEING in the body – their most sacred vessel. Weaving practices of embodiment, with the breath as anchor and guide, Claire Frances’ clients are brought into a state of expanded sensitivity so they may grow their capacity to be with the full spectrum of their feelings, whilst always tending to the needs of the nervous system. Claire holds qualifications in Breath Work, Feminine Embodiment Coaching and Yoga Nidra.
