About the class:
This 6 week post natal exercise programme has been carefully designed to help you reconnect to your pelvic floor and deep abdominals whilst achieving a full body workout. Whether you are returning to exercise post birth or just starting out, theses classes are suitable for all fitness levels and of course, babies come too!
- Post Natal Women (up to 4 years post birth).
- Mama’s wanting to resume/start exercising after birth.
- Reconnect to your pelvic floor and deep abdominals.
- Reconnect to your Inner Core.
- Meet other mums.
- Achieve a Full Body Workout.
- Workout with Baby

What to wear / bring:
- Fitness/Yoga clothes.
- Exercise Mat (if you have one).
- A play mat and toys are provided but please bring along anything else your baby might require
£67 payable in advance on booking. This includes 6 sessions, weekly emails, exercise videos to practice key moves at home and a FREE resistance band!
