About the class:
The class focuses on developing balance, flexibility, co-ordination and strength with the use of very light weights, resistance bands, soft balls and body weights.
Sarah is trained in Exercise Referral, Postural Alignment & Corrective Exercise and Yoga.
£6.50 per session
