About the class:
Poppy’s classes are simple yet powerful, authentic and joyful, with a focus on breathwork. Each class begins with pranayama (breath) followed by asana (posture) and finishing with deep relaxation and meditation. Through this systematic process we breathe energy and life back into our bodies, we release tension and toxins and we give our systems a total upgrade.
All levels welcome, variations will be offered.
