An event every week that begins at 20:00 on Tuesday, repeating until 18th October 2022
This is a meditation group aimed at beginners or any level, looking for a deeper experience. The aim is to achieve balance and inner peace that will enhance our everyday life and increase our self knowledge and spiritual awareness. We teach everyone the techniques to continue at home. The class is run by volunteers, and we ask for donations towards the cost of room hire only. The website below also has all the techniques available for continuing or starting the practice at home.
