Designed so young babies can be held during the class and the mums still get to workout!\nI had my son and tried to do home workouts with him on a mat beside me and he did not play ball. The only way I got movement in was by baby wearing and moving together and that’s what this class is about.\nGentle and effective exercise to give mums confidence to get back to their bodies post baby.\nBenefits of the class:\n● Exercise post baby\n● No need for child care- bring your baby strapped to you or pop them on a mat.\n● Socialising with other mums\n● Feeling good\n● Post partum rehabilitation\nSuitable for:\nWomen especially post partum – mums with babies from 6 weeks old. If your baby can run around they are too big for the class.\nWhat to wear/bring:\nBring your baby yourself and water.
